The Lagos State High Court on Thursday ordered the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, (NDLEA),  to pay comic actor, Babatunde Omidina, a.k.a Baba Suwe, N25 million as compensation for unlawful detention and breach of  his fundamental human rights.
The presiding Judge, Justice Yetunde Idowu, also asked the agency to issue public apology, through two national dailies for unlawful detention of the Nollywood actor.
Omidina, who was granted bail November 4, had gone to court to seek redress over his unlawful arrest and detention by the NDLEA.
